We did it!!!

We only went an bloomin’ well won! Completely unexpected and truly amazing!

After what I can only describe as a year like no other, finding out that we had won Best Bridal Retailer - East Midlands 2021 just before Christmas, really was the highlight of my year. Feeling a little jaded and exhausted from 2020’s efforts, as we all are, I can’t tell you how elated I felt hearing our name being called out at the virtual awards ceremony! I have to admit I did squeal a little bit and said oh my god about fifty times.

Best Bridal Retailer of the year for the East Midlands, let me just say that again once more a little louder. Even now it still feels like someone needs to pinch me, ha ha.

The boutique really is my happy place, where I love to welcome brides, make them feel at home, relaxed and spoil them with our outstanding bridal collections. Oh yes and of course my northern charm, So for us to be recognised by TWIA it really does feel unbelievable.

I want to say a huge, huge thank you to all of our brides (married in 2019/2020) who took the time to vote and the judges for the award, it means the world to myself and our gorgeous little boutique. I can’t wait to read all the comments from the judges and our brides. I think it will just a little bit emosh.

Its only 3 days until the National Finals. Eeeek! I feel so honoured to be joining some of the UK’s most fabulous Bridal Boutiques in the final, regardless of the outcome. So on Thursday 14th January at 7pm, I’ll be joining my friends, family and fellow Industry peeps over on You Tube with a glass of Prosecco in hand to find out the results. As its my birthday the day after I might just have to have an extra glass!
